3. Use of Our Services

Your service contract with VWP.us.com begins when full payment is made and all required application data has been submitted. If payment fails or information is incorrect, the contract is void.

4. Payment and Fees
All service fees are clearly displayed before final submission. Each fee includes:
The $21 U.S. government ESTA fee
Our service fee
Any applicable taxes
Standard ESTA Service Fee: USD 119
These amounts include the government fee.
Payments are securely processed through PCI DSS-compliant third-party payment providers. We accept payment in USD. Other currencies may incur foreign exchange fees determined by your card issuer.
All payments are final once processing begins. No refunds are issued for denied applications due to inaccurate or incomplete user-provided information.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are granted only if:
Your application has not yet been processed by us
A technical fault on our side prevents submission

6. No Government Affiliation
We are not a government website. VWP.us.com is a private service provider not connected to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security or CBP.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Rejection of your application by U.S. authorities
Delays or disruptions caused by government systems
Errors in data provided by you
Missed travel due to authorization delays or denials
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for our service.
8. Security Standards
We use SSL encryption and PCI DSS Level 1-certified payment gateways to protect your data. All payments go through 3D Secure authentication when supported by your card issuer.
Your payment details are never stored on our servers.
9. User Rights and Complaints
If you have a complaint, email us at support[at]vwp.us.com with your ESTA number or Passport number. We aim to review all complaints within 7–14 business days. If unresolved, you may escalate through applicable consumer channels in your jurisdiction.
10. Cancellation and Withdrawal
Once application processing begins, no cancellation or withdrawal is permitted. You may request cancellation only if processing has not yet started. Submit cancellation requests via email.
11. Disclaimer of Responsibility
We are not responsible for:
Government system downtimes or rejections
User errors in submitted data
Technical issues beyond our control
Foreign exchange or transaction fees charged by your bank
Losses resulting from invalid documentation or denied boarding
12. Third-Party Systems

13. Service Suspension
